Ivy International Culture & Education Exchange (Canada) Inc (IICEE) grew out of Canada S & T Service Inc, who was first established in Toronto, Canada in May, 2002. In the past 10 years, we have been focusing on offering the service that taking charge of application, visa and arrival. Through the effort that overseas-study service agencies and we made, hundreds of Chinese students have realized their Canadian dreams, studying in major universities and colleges, even quite a few of who have settled down in Canada or America.
